Meyer Wilson is pleased to announce the final approval of a nationwide settlement with Logitech. Originally filed in 2007, the nationwide class action lawsuit claimed that the Defendant misrepresented to consumers the capabilities of one of its universal remote controls. The nationwide settlement provided additional and replacement remotes for qualified persons and entities who purchased the units at issue during the class period.
